SimpleTrade OP egan1 : interesting… although i thought as they have lots of bitcoins in their reserves, overall valuation will still go up when BTC shoot up.  simply said, they are currently undervalued.

egan1 SimpleTrade OP : if we look at Bitcoin like a commodity, then yes, as the price of the underlying commodity rises, the producers of said commodities will increase in value. however, Bitcoin adjusts for this in the form of difficulty. This is driving down prices. as difficulty increases, the price will decrease.
