Should focus on building  the brand and sell in China first  and then expand overseas.  Firefly  has not even succeeded  in China yet, and he is targeting  20 countries. Nobody heard of this brand in Europe . Why will anyone buy a car from an unknown  brand? Who will spend money on marketing?

010010010 : With CATL's entry, I dont think now any automaker will join NiO's battery swap network. CATL has its own battery, so it can work with lower margins. It's a big company, so there is no risk for bankruptcy.

103027647 : nio swap is to stabilise the grid .as many state govt and power grid invest in nio .this state will give subsidy for swap later as anhui .think all plan already as govt recognised swap as nation power backup .with so many fast charging grid cannot support .it also serves to check battery level reducing risk of fire so swap is prefer by govt  not fast charging.nio work on one with govt policy ,CEO also get pay from govt  to manage EV development.

010010010 103027647 : That doesn't  make any sense, NiO can only support the grid if nobody is swapping th battery. As soon as the swap frequency  goes up, NiO will need to charge many batteries  together, which will put much more load on the grid compared to any other charging  station.

103027647 : nio swap mgmt using cloud services.those idling will able to support the grid .as long as network is big enoght can average out to stabilise grid
