Particularly with Options, the manipulation is very obvious, as the Options price suddenly falls below the theoretical price, and you want to Buy but cannot purchase at such a low price. However, your Account balance shows the loss at that amount. Yet you cannot make the purchase. When you decide to Buy, the price suddenly spikes, and when selling, the price is extremely low, always buying at the highest point and selling at the lowest point.
