On the 8th, Migaro Holdings <5535> announced that its group company DXYZ will provide a demonstration of the Facial Recognition payment service "FreeiD Pay" at the "SHINAGAWA TECH SHOWCASE" to be held at Shinagawa Intercity from April 16 to 18, 2025. Migaroholdings <5535> announced on the 27th that they will implement a Stock Splits at a ratio of 2 shares for every common stock effective June 1, 2025, along with a partial amendment to their articles of incorporation. The record date will be May 31, 2025 (effectively Friday, May 30, 2025), and the shares after the split will be allocated to the Shareholders listed in the shareholder registry as of that date. As a result, the total number of outstanding shares will increase from 29,424,800 shares before the split to 58,849,600.
