LAJIN ENT (08172.HK) plans to implement a share consolidation based on "10 for 1".
On April 15, Gelonghui reported that LAJIN ENT (08172.HK) announced that the Board of Directors recommends a share consolidation, whereby (i) every ten (10) existing shares with a par value of HK$0.01 per share will be consolidated into one (1) new share with a par value of HK$0.1; and (ii) every ten (10) existing preferred shares with a par value of HK$0.01 per share will be consolidated into one (1) new preferred share with a par value of HK$0.1. The share consolidation is subject to approval by Shareholders at a special general meeting.
