("ASEAN Starch"), signed a memorandum of understanding with guangxi Mingyang Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. on the announcement date. Both parties intend to cooperate in china to explore and develop businesses related to starch supply chains. Mingyang Supply Chain is a limited company established in china, and its main business is to engage in cassava starch supply chain management services, including providing management services for the entire chain from overseas procurement, supply chain finance services, logistics transportation, to downstream sales.
