MEIHAO GROUP (01947.HK) profit warning: Expected net loss of approximately 29.4 million to 35.9 million yuan in 2024.
On February 27, GELONGHUI reported that MEIHAO GROUP (01947.HK) announced, as of the unaudited consolidated management accounts for the year ending December 31, 2024, the group expects to record a net loss of approximately RMB 29.4 million to about RMB 35.9 million (for the year ending December 31, 2023: net loss of RMB 13.6 million). The expected losses are primarily due to the following reasons: (i) Continuously impacted by the dental implant centralized procurement policy, sales prices have substantially decreased, further reducing the profit margin for dental implant services; (ii) Intense competition in the local oral market leads to a price war within the Industry.
