SKYWORTH GROUP (00751.HK) has teamed up with Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy and the government of Baise City to establish a project company for the implementation of photovoltaic projects.
On April 11, GeLonghui reported that SKYWORTH GROUP (00751.HK) announced that on April 11, 2025, its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen SKYWORTH Photovoltaics entered into an investment agreement with Zhejiang Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy (an indirect holding subsidiary of Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy (600732.SH)) and the Baise City Government. The parties agreed to implement a photovoltaic project by establishing a project company. According to the terms of the investment agreement, the initial registered capital of the project company (i.e., SKYWORTH Aiko (Baise) Solar Technology Co., Ltd.) is a total of 0.9 billion yuan. Shenzhen SKYWORTH Photovoltaics will contribute 5.5 million yuan to the initial total registered capital of the project company.
